Goku is taken by the samurai Yajirobe to the hermit Karin, where he receives a power boost and healing. Meanwhile, Piccolo fights with Kame-Sen'nin and Chaozu, resulting in both their departures, and uses before ruining Shenlong the Dragon Balls to recover his youth. Piccolo Daimao, who, just before expiring, spawns his son/reincarnation Piccolo is subsequently killed by Goku. Karin subsequently directs Goku to Kamisama, the first inventor of the Dragon Balls, renovate his slain buddies and to restore Shenlong. Goku trains under Kami for the following 3 years, once again reuniting in the Tenkaichi Budokai with his buddies, where he narrowly wins against Piccolo before leaving with Chichi to keep his promise to wed her.Five years after, Goku is a young adult and dad to his son Gohan, when Raditz arrives on Earth, identifies Goku as his smaller brother 'Kakarrot' and discloses to him that they're members of a virtually extinct extraterrestrial race known as the Saiyans (Saiyajin?), who sent Goku to capture Earth for them, until he suffered a serious head injury and lost all memory of his assignment. Goku gives his life to defeat Raditz, and refuses to continue the assignment, sides with Piccolo. Under the North Kaio Goku trains in the afterlife until he's restored by the Dragon Balls to save the Earth from the invading Nappa and Vegeta. In the conflict Yamcha, Chaozu, Tenshinhan, and Piccolo are killed, and the Dragon Balls stop to exist. Kuririn and the galactic tyrant Freeza learn of another set of Dragon Balls on planet Namek (Namekkusei?), whereupon Bulma, Gohan, and Kuririn search to allow them to restore their buddies and later the Earth's Dragon Balls, resulting in a number of conflicts with Freeza's minions and Vegeta, the latter standing alongside the heroes to fight the Ginyu Force, a team of mercenaries. The long fight with Freeza himself comes to a close when Goku gets the better of him and transforms into a Super Saiyan of legends.Several Androids (Jinzoningen?, "Artificial Humans") created with an associate of the former Red Ribbon Army, Doctor Gero, seem three years after, seeking revenge against Goku. In now, an evil life form named Cell additionally emerges and, after consuming two of the Androids to accomplish his "perfect form," holds his own fighting tournament to challenge the protagonists. Gohan avenges his father by conquering Cell after Goku loses his own life to no avail. Seven years after, his allies, and Goku, briefly restored for just one day are drawn into a fight against Majin Boo. After numerous conflicts, including destruction and recreation of the Earth, Goku ruins Boo with a Genki Dama (a sector of pure energy brought from all intelligent beings on Earth) and wishes for him to be reincarnated as a "good person." Ten years after, at another Tenkaichi Budokai, Goku meets Oob, Boo's human reincarnation. Leaving their match incomplete, Goku departs with Oob to train him to be the new guard in Earth., produced Kakarot , is the chief protagonist of the show created by Akira Toriyama. He's the adoptive grandson of Grandpa Gohan, the son of Bardock and Gine, the husband of Chi Chi, the daddy of Gohan and Goten, the grandpa of Pan, and after the ancestor of Goku Jr. Cheerful, brave and also a bit innocent, Goku is a Saiyan initially sent to Earth as an infant with the assignment to ruin it. A two-volume bunkoban series of Toriyama's short works, entitled Toriyama Akira Mankan Zenseki.This version, while omitting several one-shots from Manga Theater, includes the two-chapter Alien X-Peke (1996), published after the end of Dragon Ball, as well as the full-color seinen manga Lady Red (1987). The second volume also includes "The Anime and Me" (1989), a full-color autobiographical strip from the first Dragon Ball Z Anime Special magazine, as well as a new afterword by the author.

The story takes place on a island with no people to live on it expect one man named Oomori. While he was trying to sleep one night, a little spaceship landed in the water by his island. It appeared to be an alien named Jako. Jako's spaceship is broken so he has to stay there until it is fixed. He says he as come to Earth to learn of it's ways.
