This is a fantastic story about two sisters. Shizuru is a junior high school student who can see monsters but normal people can't. While her little sister, Mizuki, is easily haunted by these monsters. They are living with their grandfather's home separately from their parents because of their abilities. However, each episode is not horror or too serious, but it is heartwarming story.

The manga and the movies of the same name are both based on the Onmyouji novels by well known Japanese science fiction writer Yumemakura Baku.All three concern the adventures of Abe no Seimei, an onmyouji (magician) serving the imperial court during the Heian period and his friend nobleman Minamoto no Hiromasa. Both men are historical figures who appear in various sets of tales.
